Hi everyone, and welcome to my blog! I'm Marina, I'm 17 (a senior!) and I'm a huge nerd. This is where I'll post about all my nerdiness. For those of you who don't know what a fandom is, it's basically just the fan base of a show, book, movie, comic, etc. People in the fandom always have a lot of feels- crazy emotions due (mostly) to fictional characters and what happens to them. I'm in a lot of fandoms; Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Supernatural, Sherlock, Firefly, The X-Files, The Hunger Games, Divergent, and Percy Jackson, just to name a few. (If you can't tell, I'm a huge sci-fi junkie.) But if you have no idea what any of those things are, don't be alarmed. I'll try to explain each fandom I talk about as best I can. Basically I'll just be blogging about what makes me happy, which is going on incredible adventures with amazing characters. After all, that's the fun in reading and watching TV, right?
I really like your blog idea. Fandoms can get a little crazy and some people go way overboard. I know most of the fandoms you listed, but I'm only a part of a maybe one or two from the list. I'm looking forward to hearing what you have to say about the different fandoms.

I know basic things about fandoms, like fanfics and edits and whatever, so I'm looking forward to reading your blog to see which fandoms you follow and what you think of them.
ReplyDeleteI can related because im also part of a few fandoms but im not a crazed fan. I am interested to see what your thoughts are on each fandom. And nice visuals too.
